When we partner with builders and architects on homes, we coordinate directly with homeowners, saving you time to spend doing your thing.

Conferring with the homeowners directly allows us to get a great sense of their needs and allows us to design landscapes that incorporate their specific wish-lists. It also takes one more thing off of your crowded plate. Once we start a project, our focus is getting things done right and getting them done efficiently.

We completely understand that we’re a reflection of your company. We don’t subcontract anything out, so our team of craftsmen will be the only people on the job site. Your team and your clients both benefit by having a responsible, accountable and flexible team on the project.

3. CONCEPT DESIGN

Step two is when we apply our landscaping expertise to the vision that you (and the homeowner) have for the property.

If necessary, we develop concept sketches and then meet with you and/or the client to get feedback. We present detailed landscape plans that include grading, planting, masonry, irrigation and lighting along with a fixed itemized budget. We’ll talk through the different options, picking and choosing elements. Our designs will emphasize consistency between the home build and the landscape build. We work to create an outdoor space that is a seamless extension of the indoor space.

Our design process includes creating comfortable outdoor living spaces, controlling views with privacy screening, designing for flow patterns and family needs, and incorporating fragrance, water, sound, wildlife habitat and outdoor structures. Professional quality CAD drawings allow you and the homeowner to easily visualize the project.

4. ITEMIZED BUDGET

We’ll create a budget for the project based on the drawings or consultation.

If you have limited landscaping funds, we’ll prioritize the list based on the client’s must-haves. Because we’ve been doing this for decades, our forecasted costs and work schedules are extremely accurate.

Organizing our design component costs into an itemized budget allows you and your client to slowly phase things in if doing everything all at once is too much of a stretch. The client will get to keep the drawings as a master plan so that when they do have the capacity to complete everything on the list, it’ll look cohesive and beautiful.

5. INSTALLATION

You’re kept in the loop, but not in the chain of command. Our landscaping company takes care of the details so you don’t have to.

Our project is installed by an efficient and experienced crew of craftsmen who put an incredible amount of thought and care into each element of every landscape. All of our employees wear company uniforms, our trucks are new and clean and we leave your property each day neat and organized.
From the time of your consult until installation is complete, you will deal with one crew and one manager, who are all on-site every day. We don’t jump around projects, so your team will be incredibly responsive and flexible to the inevitable hiccups that occur throughout the process.

Unfortunately in this world, something always comes up.
