Let’s Build your Newton Dream Yard:

We have been working in the city of Newton since the start of our company—that’s over 25 years ago. You can see our projects throughout many neighborhoods and side streets as you make the drive East from Newton Center on Beacon street heading towards Waban. On the way, you will be sure to pass the newly constructed Waban Common that our team constructed which provides a beautiful green space for the community to gather and enjoy. Surrounding Waban you will also find many projects completed by our team—especially as you navigate the neighborhoods around Chestnut street and Gammons Rd. Also, we are proud to have multiple projects featured in the Newton House tour.

Our Clients’  Words

“My first project with Land Design Associates ten years ago was small in scope and budget, and Land Design Associates did a great job. Since then, Jim and his crew have handled a range of projects for me from design to grading, plantings, irrigation and drainage solutions, lighting, water features, and numerous stonework projects. Jim and his crew have approached every job with integrity, creativity, and a level of technical competence and attention to detail that makes them a pleasure to work with and more importantly, makes the finished results a pleasure to live with.

Working with Jim and Land Design Associates, the only surprises have been good ones. Jim is very detailed in his cost proposals and realistic in his scheduling, and my projects have always come in on budget and on time. His talented crews are exceptional at planning and building stonework projects, from patios, walkways, and walls to grill islands, fire pits, or water features. It is amazing to watch their engineering and creative skills that go into every project, and a pleasure to know that the permanence of their work will be enjoyed for generations.”
